Summary programmers/user's guide for Glitch?

Where can I find a summary guide or description of what is possible on Glitch?
I’ve been using Glitch for about a year infrequently for REST API development, just simple node.js apps, starting by modifying the starter apps.
I know a lot more is possible but I have not been able to find a summary guide or description. (something like languages, platforms, frameworks supported, and pointers on how to get started - this might be asking for too much) My experience with server side development is very limited.
