TheBigCMS - Coming Soon!

I’m currently building a “Glitch-ready” CMS made with Glitch in mind. More information is coming soon.

All files are at https://glitch.com/@thebigcms

Github repo: https://github.com/thec0des/thebigcms

SNEAK PEEK OF A RESOURCE IN THE PROGRAM: tbcmsfail.glitch.me

At the moment, I’m looking for a collaborator to help me out.

I might be able to help, I also have plans for working on a CMS sometime soon but I’m not able to get to them for a while.
Glitch is nice because the project limits make the community write lightweight software.

DASHBOARD COMING SOON! Yay! https://thebigcms.netlify.app/thebigcms-login/

Yep. Too silly to code one myself. @RiversideRocks

Certain things are copied for obvious reasons.
Bootstrap templates are one of those things, it’s simply too much work to make a good responsive admin dashbaord.

Can I help you @anon69241012

I’m fine at the moment.

I brought it up because I thought it was a good template, I wanted to save it for later.

Yay! Maybe you could add a feature for checking if the site is up and updated?

I’m just going to give you a heads up that there is no way to make login system only on the frontend. People can just view the source and see the password.

Sorry, but there isn’t really a way to make a CMS only in HTML, CSS, JS.

There are a few ways @RiversideRocks, I mean you can make requests without express or node- simple

Although some parts would need node for networking

But unless you want your passwords to available in the source code, a CMS in HTML is not a good idea.

It is true- you would need a DB and node to connect

Or another backend language. PHP is the most common for CMS.

Wordpress, Drupal, and Opencart all use it.
