How to enable directories starting with "." on a static site?

This is a very similar question as How to enable directories starting with "."?. However unlike the situation in that topic, I would like to do this on a Glitch static site. I need a file in the .well-known directory to be visible. Can this be done? or would I need to change my site to an app to do this?

Apple app site association file?

I’d like to test out Apple app site association, but cannot figure out how this might work with Glitch? I can create the file in .well-known directory, but then I’m unsure how to set the proper file association for it?

Allow directories that begin with a . except .env for websites!

Glitch currently blocks(returns 403) all directories that begin with a .

I haven’t seen any mention of this problem with full stack sites. maybe it works on full stack sites
