Typo `PROEJCT_NAME` in the https://glitch.com/~glitchnomicon

Not very important, but there’s a typo in :candle:The GlitchNomicon :crystal_ball:

In the " Environment Variables" section, it says PROEJCT_NAME.
I could be wrong but I think this should be PROJECT_NAME?

Other than that, it made for great reading :grinning:
