I have a ton of projects running on glitch, and i’d like to turn off ones I don’t use anymore, but there’s so many and it would take forever. Is there any way I can see a list of running projects?

This is currently impossible as glitch doesn’t have an api for checking project status yet I think. If you were to use a service like uptimerobot then the project would become a running project.
