What causes a "Checkpoint" commit to be made by glitch?

Just wondering what action on the user side will cause a commit labeled Checkpoint to be generated by glitch.

I’ve got my glitch repo wired up to bitbucket via the console which is great and often use git commit --amend to change Checkpoint into something more meaningful.

Thanks!

Checkpoints are created every ten minutes, or whenever the project is being stopped due to inactivity, but only if the code has changed.

So how can I change the commit text does Glitch made when it’s creates a checkpoint (AKA auto-commiting)?
