I’m the second user and co-creator of Glitch so maybe I can help shed some light on this. (User ids are sequential, to find yours go to the editor, open your browser console and type application.currentUser().id()
Anywho Glitch started from Daniel’s initial prototype, and he architected the backend, so he got to be user #1

nope, I quite last year to make my own product (kinopio.club).
I was building my own discourse forum for it so stopped by just to remind my self of some things
