Where is the user tutorial and the advanced tutorial?

So I was just trying to get a badges and I saw the tutorial badges.
Now I was searching around for a while, but I could not find out where it was.
So, where is the user tutorial and the advanced tutorial?

I was not sure where to put this, so I will just put it in glitch help. :thinking:
