Workaround to get to the upgrade page?

I’ve tried contacting support and others but in case anyone else is in the same boat:

I’ve run out of app hosted hours and am a bit desperate. I know hours will reset on June 1 and it all comes crashing down on July 8 anyway, but I can’t afford to be glitchless for the next 5 days!

(I feel like an idiot because shortly before the announcement I failed to update my payment info and let my Glitch paid plan deactivate which I figured I’d worry about when I next ran out of hours, and then, well. Here we are. :sob: What if I was inadvertently the straw that broke the camel’s back on the shutdown?? :sweat_smile:)

What I’m wondering is if there’s a way I can still get to the upgrade page despite the UI not linking to it?

oh nevermind, i see it says “no longer being offered” hmmmmmm (i finally saw it flash that before it went to the management link if you’re already upgraded)

Yeah, I’ve been scouring archive.org and even guessing URLs like glitch.com/premium all to no avail.

yes it shows that pic, then a few seconds later loads the billing info page

Hmm, now I’m wondering if maybe @jennwrites could temporarily flip me to “pro” if I solemnly promise to immediately go straight to that page and actually pay for it again?

(To clarify, I was a paying customer for years and have been around since the Hyperdev days – I even have the tshirt! or did, till I wore it so much it disintegrated – and just failed to update my payment method for the yearly payment, right before the shutdown announcement. I planned to fix it when my project hours ran out. Horrible timing!)

That’s correct. Signups ended on Thursday. Unfortunately I can’t flip anything, I’m a writer. :smiling_face_with_sunglasses: If you filed a ticket with support, I can make sure that the eng team sees it.
