Any new project I make just goes to a blank screen

Just basically as the subject line says. Haven’t logged in for a few years but any “New Project” I start just sends me to a blank webpage that does nothing – no errors or any content at all.

Looks like switching to Safari works for now. Chrome just refuses to load anything. Disabled adblockers and all that even. :man_shrugging:

Hmm… odd. Is this on mobile?

When you create a new project with Chrome’s dev tools open, does it show any errors in the “console” tab?

This has been a recurring problem for some reason. :man_shrugging:

I also waiting for a new project.

Note that I can’t reproduce this no matter what I try, so it would be tremendously helpful if you can include details on what actually happens. What do you see happen, using which browser on which OS, and when you look at your browser dev tools are there any errors there?

I didn’t find a solution in this thread. Is there one?

For me it started happening after I deleted all my projects to start over. Afterwards, I can’t create a new project with any template or remix any other project.

When I try it gets stuck at the “Loading Project” screen with the Glitch tip.

I am a premium user, and deleted a project that was boosted if that may have anything to do with it.

I’ve tried it on the latest versions of Chrome on Mac, Safari on Mac and Chrome on PC.

Please help, I just signed up for a year and am completely regretting it now.

Then please write into support@glitch.com, and tell them which specific project(s) you’re seeing this happen for. Even if it’s “all of them”, tell them which exacts ones, so they can search for them in the system and see if any weird flags have been set, etc.

I sent them a detailed email earlier. Any movement on this…I can’t do any work on my app until we find a solution

The support folks are trying their best to reach out to people as fast as they can, based on the volume of support cases they need to go through.
