"can't connect to the Glitch API" - Editor not working

Hey there,

I wanted to try this site. I was told it’s better than plnkr.co. I would’nt know, because it’s nor working for me. Here is what I did:

  • signed up via github
  • clicked edit
  • “Our editor can’t connect to the Glitch API. Is your computer online?”

I tried logging in with Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome and Chrome on mobile. Three different devices, three different networks.All versions are up to date. I even whitelisted the site and let all those tiny trackers in. Nothing changed. There are a few people with the same problem, but their solutions (switch the browser) did not work for me.

What am I doing wrong?

if you visit glitch.com/edit directly do you still see the same connection issue?

Hey Gareth,

Whatever has changed, it works now (at least on mobile, couldn’t test it at a Windows machine yet).

Yep, tried that as well. Didn’t work either. Works now though.
