Whoa, November. At this point, I honestly cannot tell if time is getting faster, or I am getting slower! Don’t worry, I have a teenage daughter who absolutely roasts me so I can guess which one I’m leaning toward.
Anyway, here are some things from around the web this week that are interesting, or in the very least, entertaining.
- The guy behind the “You’ve Got Mail” sound (RIP AIM) died this week, and apparently that iconic phrase was recorded on cassette tape!
- This recent post from Natalie about the Sociable Web is really thought provoking and honestly, made me want to start working on my personal site again.
- Lastly, I was introduced to the work of Karl Jobst, after sharing with the team that my preferred Mario Kart character is Dry Bones. Anyway, someone had been holding a Super Mario 64 World Record for the past twelve years by cheating and Karl walks you through it.
What did you find around the web this week? But more importantly, who is your preferred Mario Kart character???
