At project explorer I can’t see .data directory. Is it OK ?
also have you plans extend project explorer functionality for working with databases ?

Yep. That’s expected. .data is supposed to be used for keeping data, which could be personal therefore it is not shown. You can use the Terminal to view and edit its contents.
I’m not sure what you mean by this. Do you mean it should show the table? Like PHPMyAdmin? It’s unlikely this will happen any time soon. You can submit an idea in Feature Ideas
