This looks like some sort of installation problem, but to dig deeper someone would need your project name. If you can provide that someone might be able to provide better information.
This looks like your dependencies aren’t installed. In your local project you have a package.json and/or a package-lock.json, run npm install from package.json (and/or npm install package-lock.json) if you uploaded these to glitch as well.
