Glitch Email Support never answers or ignores

Hello. I’m trying to get my custom domain get removed one of my projects, i got a answer from email that i should undelete my project where is the custom domain, i did it but after refreshing the page, it did go back to deleted. And since then when i sent a email that the project goes back to deleted, i havent got a response. i would like to kindly ask if you can move custom domain removals back to support page because its faster and easier than email support. I dont like this kind of support that i get ignored if there is a little problem… (This is my opinion so no hate :D) I understand if this is caused by the coronavirus

Emails are usually send only and automated with a custom message so if you have done what it says to do, try and request the domain removal again :grinning:
