How do you make a folder?

Hello! I’ve seen this in many projects that I’ve remixed but I’m still unsure how to make a folder. Can anyone help?

there’s a “+” button that leads to the panel where you can make a file

I’m so sorry. I asked how to make a file. I meant a folder.

it’s kind of weird on glitch, you just make a file with the folder as part of its name. for example, to make the ‘news’ folder, you make a new file like ‘news/tech.html’
