Audio controls autoplay won't work

For some reason it won’t always auto play, which is an issue because the music controls are usually hidden. It’s got a 20% success rate on first try. after it’s happened once it’s got a 80-99% success rate unless cache and cookies are cleared. Is there any way to resolve this??

@8BitLifeHD Are you consistently using one browser (and if so, which one)? Also, if you sit and wait on the page (before the initial load) does it eventually load?
