Can't find user to add in groups

I have a group called ThatOneGroup and I am trying to add a user to it. I know that the username is as I can see it in one of my projects but it doesn’t show up when I type it in to add it.

It looks like that user’s information wasn’t stored properly. It should be fixed now though. Can you give it another try?
