Hi, i’m not really sure which category to put this in but I was wondering where I can find all the Glitch background assets (see below) so I can use them for my YouTube video about Glitch.
Hey, there is a Press Pack page at: https://glitch.com/about/press
…And you can email the address there to request more resources.
But I’d say the first image you’ve got above is already pretty hi-res!
Hi there @SteGriff
Pretty sure @will wants the backgrounds not the screenshots that are on the press page. I also wanted to know where I can find the background graphics on the Glitch tutorials on YouTube, so I could make my own tutorial in the same style, so I may give the press email a go.
You could send them an email (I’ll also assume most of this is copyrighted, keep in mind)
You can also look through the source code and look in the CSS for the background assets.
Just sent an email to press@glitch.com so hopefully they will reply!
Let us know if they do!!
Just got a response from support@glitch.com (I emailed both just incase the press email is inactive) saying that the press team have received my email and will respond within the next 24 hours I wonder what they’ll say…
Still not got a response from the press team. I really want to know what they’ll say! Probably ‘no’! I wonder if it’s gone into spam
Anyway, I’ll just sit tight and wait
I got a reply
Much better than TfGM’s Marketing Department where I got a reply after months of waiting and begging for one, sent a reply with the extra info they asked for and they left me hanging ever since for about a year
Their videographer is gone (no more glitch videos???), like some of the other Glitch staff , meaning they don’t have any templates/images/videos/backgrounds they used, but they do have the guidelines they use for videos, so I can make mine in the same style!
Here they are:
- happy, upbeat background music
- colorful title slides
- our official logos (which you can download here)
- clear titles and video descriptions so folks on Youtube can easily find the content
Thanks for the reply Alexa - she even offered to possibly look at any drafts I send!
