How do I change the name of a URL?

I’m trying to make a site where a user can upload art, and all of the art has its own page.

Are you asking for changes in the example part of https://glitch.com/edit/#!/example or https://example.glitch.me/?
Click on the project name displayed in the upper left of the edit screen. You can change it from there.

If that’s not what you want, you need to be a little more specific.
