It is a lame error to receive though when the OP is asking about domain removals in the wrong place, and I’m trying to tell them that this is the wrong place to ask.

There is a Discourse setting (unique_posts_mins) that forum admins can adjust to change this, but personally I would take it as a challenge to find different ways to say everything 
Oh well, I might as well just no longer respond to domain removals and let someone else do the dirty work 
Part of me wished there was some automated filter that identifies posts that include “domain removal” and automatically reroutes them to support, suppressing them from the forum.
Absolutely! I was thinking about making a bot myself to automate the domain removal responses 
One solution is this https://emojipedia.org/zero-width-joiner/ I add it alot when making posts that are similar (probably works best between words) and can be used to bypass filter on minimum characters and such
