We have dark mode when coding, why not the forum too? I use it countless times when using glitch, switching between them makes my eyes burn then go blind. (Exaggeration)
I am assuming it will be in Profile > Preferences > Interface if added.
You can also make your own using the browser extensions Stylus or Stylish if you are very good at css
