Cannot grant access to export to github

I am trying to export my project (which was originally imported from GitHub) back to GitHub. When I try to export to GitHub an option appears to ask to grant access to my GitHub account. When I click ‘grant access’ An error page appears stating ‘page not found’, I am also unable to import any more from GitHub.
