Yes, this is a way of limiting how many people get a special domain. I have two thanks, but i don’t have a special domain yet.
To clarify, when you get two thanks, you get the ability to add a domain to your projects. Glitch do not give domains out. You have to buy a domain yourself and have 2 thanks to add it

Yes, you do not just get a free domain when you reach two thanks, but you can then pay for one.
