Delete a glitch project

I need help, I want to delete a glitch project but, I have been watching videos of how to delete glitch projects but when I tried to delete my project I did not find the option

You can’t delete a project from the UI, you will need to contact support@glitch.com to do that.

You can’t actually delete a project but that isn’t typically necessary. If you want to create a new project just select the one you want to delete and create a new one in that space. You can delete all the files if you want and you can rename the file to something like “reuse me” as long as the name is unique.

I may need to correct myself in this case I’m not actually sure that there is any way to generate a new template project to replace an existing one. I create on my PC, push to GitHub and that way I can import from GitHub into any “deleted” project space.
