Feature Request: Render Emoji shortnames in README.md

I’m playing around with a project (https://glitch.com/~emoji-picker) which is mostly just an import from https://github.com/OneSignal/emoji-picker

I noticed that GitHub renders emoji in the readme:

while Glitch does not:

It’s becoming pretty ubiquitous to be able to use shortnames e.g., :smile: and have them render as e.g., (just like in Discourse, as another example)… what’s it take to get the same in my Glitch readme?

The editor now has support for emoji shortnames! We’ll soon add support in the community site too.
