What do your tools say? Have you tested if your bot has been IP banned?

Test if your bot is on a banned host first.
Go to the terminal, and enter curl -I https://discordapp.com/api/v7/gateway. If you see something like HTTP 429, you’re on a banned host and need to post your project name to the megathread.
