My static site project was suspended for violating terms of service but I'm not sure how or why

Hello, has anyone else had their static site suspended without explanation? All I can see is this pop up showing me the project has been suspended for violating terms of service, PBR.

I have no idea what that means and there’s very little info otherwise. Really not sure how this could be. That site was up and running for a year or more without issue.
