This problem is not with everyone but some of my friends work with them and some do not and also work for me on my pc but I tried to enter from my phone on the same internet and did not enter also is there a solution?

Could it be your mobile service provider and not your wifi ISP?
Try switching your DNS server, to something like cloudflare or google.
Cloudflare: 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1
Google: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
