For the entire day yesterday, me and my friend have been working on this website. We already had a lot started and we were happy about how it was turning out. Everything had saved, the website(custom domain + glitch domain) was working too. We both headed to bed, however we woke up to the project being completely reverted to a test I did yesterday morning(06/27/2020). This is quite shocking and makes me somewhat mad, since we had so much done for the first day and we loved how it was turning out.

- 11:20 PM EST is when my friend got off and finished a file she was working on | 06/27/2020
- 3:26 AM EST is when my friend noticed the project had reverted | 06/28/2020

Note: I stumbled upon another user’s post about this, so I’ll go ahead and contact glitch via email.

Yes, this has happened quite a bit now. You are right about emailing Glitch Support. They’ll get back to you within 24-48 hours, but can sometimes take longer. This happened to me once and they got it back within 24 hours

unfortunately, that happens. Email glitch with those timestamps in UTC so they can revert the project back for you

We have emailed Glitch Support about this issue. Me and @Tinblox11, were working really hard on this project, till the project out of no where reverted. I do hope we get our project back. For safety precautions, We’re saving our work through GitHub.

plus, don’t edit nothing in the editor. Keep it as it is, as it will push new backups and may delete the older ones

Apparently, Glitch is running issues now, the editors don’t load neither does the websites with glitch isn’t loading at all. @glitch_support
While I’d not manually edited anything, but my server did edited my local sqlite database. So, I fear that I’ll lose my work. Can I still have any luck @ItsYanko?
that shouldn’t affect it. Wait for the glitch response. They said that this bug is probably over
